Artist statement: Don't we all wish for stories that bring forth the magical and the fantastic? I work from my photographs and then add color, texture, and imagination as I find the story that is waiting to be told. Inspiration may come from the motion in a curl of hair or the sweep of the curve of the body. After a day working in a world that is filled with the practical and the analytic, I enjoy sitting down at the computer to play with possibilities in Photoshop, or muse over the next possible project.
